What are the start and end times for the VIRTUAL event day?

The start time on Saturday 21st March is 8 AM and ends for virtual attendees at 6 PM (Pacific Time).

Will I get a recording of the event with my regular ticket?

No, you must purchase the replay.

I have a ticket but can no longer attend the event. Can I get a refund?

Once you have received your ticket, please ensure that you purchased the correct tickets. If you ended up selecting the wrong options, contact us for an exchange prior to the event. We do not offer refunds on any tickets purchased.

I didn't receive an email with my ticket. How do I find it?

If you’ve completed your order but don’t see a confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder first.

Important: Please do not place another order if you haven’t received a confirmation email, as duplicate purchases are not eligible for a refund.

How do I change my ticket to another email or upgrade my ticket from GA to VIP?

Send an email to [email protected] for any ticket changes. We will need the Full Name and Email of who you are transferring to.

Is the Gala a sit down dinner event?

The Gala is not a sit down dinner. There are heavy hors d’overs and sweets as well as signature cocktails (alcoholic and non).

What is the seating at The Gala?

There will be 14-VIP Tables, High Boys, and Standing Room for GA.

What is the dress code for the weekend?

The theme is to feel and look YOUR absolute best.

VIP Reception (for VIPs, Speakers, Sponsors, and TLC) Dress in your favorite house party attire.

Speaker Walk Through 2 pm - Comfortable - bring a light sweater as the studio is cool.

The Gala - Glitz and Glamour - what makes you feel extraordinary. Shine bright you QUEEN.

OWN IT! - Wear something that makes you feel magnificent. You’ll be dancing, jumping, sitting, standing, shopping (there are booths after all) and partying down with 350 of your closest new gal-pals. Wear what you wear when you are out on a Saturday with the girls. Be Camera Ready!

OWN IT Breakout Sessions - Be ready to get in there, roll up your sleeves, and get to know the speakers and their content more personally. Some groups may need to meet on the floor in breakout sessions - be ready for movement, knowledge, and business.

Is there an extra charge for the VIP Reception?

No extra charge, as long as you are a VIP, Speaker, Sponsor, and/or TLC Member you are welcome to attend.
